T-Rex Solutions is seeking a qualified Oracle DBA to support the Hill Component Enterprise Data Center IT Operations and Maintenance Services program located at Hill Air Force Base, Utah (HAFB). This program aims to modernize legacy USAF network infrastructure and migrate services into a new AWS Cloud Environment. For any candidates not already local to the Ogden, UT area, T-Rex is offering a relocation support package to assist with moving costs.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor, administrate, and ensure recoverability and adherence of Oracle technical infrastructure and application environments
- Coordinate with the 75 ABW/SC systems administration personnel in sustainment of Linux and Windows based servers as well as Oracle middleware technologies. Oracle middleware technologies includes, but is not limited to: Oracle web server, Weblogic Application Server Suite, to include Forms and Reports, Identity and Access Management Suite, Business Intelligence Suite, and Service Oriented Architecture Suite.
- Systems administration includes, but is not limited to: support of both hardware and operating system; and maintenance of the applications running on the servers.
- Coordinate Oracle Database Administration tasks. Examples of these tasks includes, but is not limited to: installing security patches; completing backups, completing system restoration and rebuilding database tables; software installs and version upgrades; correction/recovery of corrupted files; certificate management; password management; applying STIGs, SRGs, and IAVMs, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or IT related field with five (5) or more years of related professional experience. A Master’s Degree and 3+ years of experience or a PhD and 0+ years of experience may be substituted.
- Must possess an Interim or Active Secret Clearance
- Demonstrated technical experience with and knowledge of Oracle products, notably Oracle 11g and higher
- Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports version 12c and higher

In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $152,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
