Job Opportunity: Traveling Youth Sports Photographer

At PhotoMules, we embark on an incredible journey that fuses a love for sales, photography, and the vibrant world of youth sports. We traverse the country, covering exhilarating youth sports tournaments for an average of 2-3 days, capturing memories in diverse landscapes—from bustling cityscapes to serene countryside settings. Our team members skillfully capture unforgettable posed photos of teams during these tournaments, offering these cherished moments to parents and guardians.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking charismatic team members who are passionate about travel and possess the stamina to thrive in all-day tournament environments. As a key part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to earn up to $35+ per hour (after training), inclusive of performance bonuses. The base rate starts at $21 per hour. Moreover, all your travel expenses—including flights, out-of-state transportation, accommodations, and local travel—are covered and arranged by the company.
Responsibilities:
Your role as a Team Member encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities:
- Photography and editing of team photos
- Engaging in face-to-face sales interactions with parents/guardians
- Traveling to and covering various tournaments across different cities and states
- Assisting in event setup and breakdown
- Embracing a collaborative team approach

Skills and Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in photography or a photography-related position (Training available)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role (Training available)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Initiative and critical thinking in daily tasks
- Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, being active for extended periods, walking up to 10 miles per day
Additional Details:
This role requires weekend availability (Friday-Sunday), occasional Thursday and/or Monday travel, and a valid driver’s license.
